摘要本文主要对物料提升机系统中的控制和调速部分进行研究,通过可编程控制器和双闭环直流调速系统实现对提升机的调速控制。根据物料提升机的运行特点,可将该控制系统分为两部分,包括 PLC 控制部分和调速部分。采用 PLC作为主控系统具有调试方便、维护量小、硬件设计简单等优点,同统接触式继电器控制系统相比较,不光省去了它的中间环节、减少了线路的连接数目,还从很大程度上完善了现有系统的安全、可靠性水平。最后,通过组态软件对构建的提升机系统进行画面仿真,实现提升机的启停、调速和升降功能。关键词:可编程控制器;提升机;直流电机调速;组态软件AbstractThis paper mainly on the material hoist system control and speed control part of the study, through the programmable controller and double closed-loop dc speed regulation system to realize the speed control of the hoist.Operating characteristics of the material hoist, the operating system can be divided into two portions,including PLC control part and control part. Adopting PLC as the main control system is easy to debug, maintenance quantity is small, the advantages of simple hardware design, compared with all contact relay control system, it not only saves the intermediate links, reducing the number of connection lines, also to a large extent improve the level of safety and reliability of the existing system.
