中小企业存货管理存在问题及对策研究摘 要现阶段，中小企业在国家政策营造的良好环境下稳定发展，但众多中小企业在存货管理上仍存在着严峻的挑战。存货是我国企业流动资产的重要组成部分，存货的管理、生产和领用等各个方面所普遍存在的结构性问题会直接影响企业的生产经营能力，为了在市场经济竞争中脱颖而出，中小企业必须加大对存货管理的重视。通过分析中小企业在存货管理上的现状，从中发现主要问题在于企业执行管理程序的力度不足，如审批程序不规范、计划不合理、员工的疏忽与懈怠等问题。通过对存货的采购、入库、出库、运输、储存及管理人员六个环节分析并阐述当前中小企业存货管理普遍存在的问题，深入思考并提出相对应的管理对策。希望本文能给相关从业者带来启示，为中小企业的持续稳定发展提供参考。关键词：中小企业；存货；管理；对策IResearch on Problems and Countermeasures of Inventory Management in Small and Medium-sized EnterprisesAbstractAt present, the enterprises which are for small and medium are staying with a solidly healthy environment by the policies which are adopted by our country. However, most of them are still facing a severe challenge for the management of inventory. Inventory is an important part of the current assets of Chinese enterprises. The structural problems that are common in all aspects of inventory management, production and use will directly affect the production and operation capabilities of enterprises. In order to stand out from the competition in market economy, SMEs must think highly of the inventory management.
