编号:技术师学院经济与贸易学院学生课外学术科技作品大学生兼职潜在问题的调查报告团队名称:part time团队队员:萍、俊盛、赖琳琳、诗婷、玉琦吴晓艺、周晓青指导老师:媛媛讨论类别:哲学社会科学类社会调查报告和学摘 要近年来,“招工难”和“用工荒”等问题持续出现在省,特别是珠三角地区,并在节假日时期显得更为严重。为应对这一难题,许多企业将目光投向兼职市场,其中对大学生群体的兼职尤为青睐。而多数大学生出于锻炼自身能力赚取生活补贴,积累社会工作经验等多种动机,都会选择尝试兼职工作。于是企业提供的诸多兼职岗位与大学生强烈的求职意愿形成了较为稳定的供求关系然而,在大学生参加兼职的过程中存在着许多潜在问题,如何发现这些问题并找出解决方式与应对策略,对于规兼职市场,提高大学生兼职工作效率,维护大学生兼职的合法权益等具有较强的现实意义。因此,本文通过访谈法、问卷调查法、探究性讨论法、查阅文献法等方式对大学生兼职状况与存在问题进行总结归纳,进一步发掘兼职存在的潜在问题,并提出切实可行的对策与建议。关键词:大学生 兼职 潜在问题AbstractIn recent years, problems such as "recruitment difficulties" and "labor shortage" have been appearing in Guangdong Province, especially in the Pearl River Delta region, which become even more serious during the holidays. To address this issue, many companies turn to the part-time job market where the group of college students is particularly favored. At the same time, most college students would like to take the chance of part-time jobs to improve themselves, earn a living allowance and accumulate social experience.
