刮板式花生脱壳机设计说明

摘 要花生不仅是世界，也是我国重要的经济与油料作物，它是世界贸易量最大的坚果商品，每年的贸易量约1000000吨。我国的花生种植面积约占世界花生种植面积的1／6，总产量占世界的1／3，是我国为数不多的具有国际竞争力的大宗农产品。进展花生生产和加工，是提高我国农业出口创汇，增加农民收入的迫切需要。花生脱壳机在减轻人们的劳动强度、提高生产率方面起到了积极作用，促进了花生加工业的进展。但是，目前国外花生脱壳机对花生破裂率和损伤率的指标要求都比较高，超出种用籽和商品化的标准，限制了使用围。因此，降低花生脱壳机的破裂率和损伤率仍是研制花生脱壳机的关键问题。针对花生果的物理特性设计了一种滚筒栅条式花生脱壳装置关键词：花生脱壳机;驱动机构;工作部件AbstrctPeanuts are not only the world, but also one of the most important economic and oil-bearing crops, it is the largest trade of nuts .Each year, about the trade 1000000 tons.
