摘 要随着社会主义市场经济的进展,人们对供水质量和供水系统可靠性的要求不断提高;再加上目前能源紧缺,利用先进的自动化技术、控制技术以与通讯技术设计高性能、高节能、能适应不同领域的恒压供水系统成为必定的趋势本论文分析变频恒压供水的原理与系统的组成结构,提出不同的控制方案,通过讨论和比较,本论文采纳变频器和 PLC 实现恒压供水和数据传输,然后用数字 PID 对系统中的恒压控制进行设计。最后对系统的软硬件设计进行了详细的介绍。本论文设计与实现通过 MCGS 进行数据传输的远程网络巡回监控系统。具体讲述了系统的总体设计与软件的实现,并对系统实行的可靠性措施进行了说明。本论文的变频恒压供水系统已在国许多实际的供水控制系统中得到应用,并取得稳定可靠的运行效果和良好的节能效果。经实践证明该系统具有高度的可靠性和实时性,极提高了供水的质量,并且节约了人力,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。关键字: 单片机 变频恒压供水 自动控制AbstractAnd reasonable development, economical utilization and the effective protection of water resources is an arduous task.
