西南林业大学本科毕业(设计)论文题目响应面法优化速溶雀嘴茶茶粉提取工艺的讨论( 2 ) 响应面法优化速溶雀嘴茶茶粉提取工艺的讨论(2)摘要:本试验在单因素试验的基础上,采纳响应面法对速溶雀嘴茶茶粉提取工艺进行了优化,得到速溶雀嘴茶茶粉提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度 72.6℃、提取时间25.5min、料液比 1:9.5;最佳提取得率:45.26%。在最佳工艺条件下得到的速溶雀嘴茶茶粉色泽柔和、口感纯正,具有速溶雀嘴茶茶粉特有的风味。关键词:响应面法;速溶雀嘴茶茶粉;提取工艺;讨论Optimization Research of the Extraction process of Instant Tea Powder of Vaccinium dunalianum by Response Surface Method(2)PU Li -juan(Forestry academy of Southwest Forestry University,Kunming Yunnan 650224)Abstract:Based on the single factor test, the optimum extractiong process of instant tea powder of Vaccinium dunalianum were obtained through Box-Behnken design by Respone Surface method.
