响应面法优化速溶雀嘴茶茶粉提取工艺的研究毕业论文

西南林业大学本科毕业（设计）论文题目响应面法优化速溶雀嘴茶茶粉提取工艺的讨论（ 2 ） 响应面法优化速溶雀嘴茶茶粉提取工艺的讨论（2）摘要:本试验在单因素试验的基础上，采纳响应面法对速溶雀嘴茶茶粉提取工艺进行了优化，得到速溶雀嘴茶茶粉提取的最佳工艺条件为：提取温度 72.6℃、提取时间25.5min、料液比 1:9.5；最佳提取得率:45.26%。在最佳工艺条件下得到的速溶雀嘴茶茶粉色泽柔和、口感纯正，具有速溶雀嘴茶茶粉特有的风味。关键词:响应面法；速溶雀嘴茶茶粉；提取工艺；讨论Optimization Research of the Extraction process of Instant Tea Powder of Vaccinium dunalianum by Response Surface Method(2)PU Li -juan（Forestry academy of Southwest Forestry University，Kunming Yunnan 650224）Abstract:Based on the single factor test, the optimum extractiong process of instant tea powder of Vaccinium dunalianum were obtained through Box-Behnken design by Respone Surface method.
