天瑞集团的战略薪酬讨论摘要随着科技的飞速进展和来自国外竞争的加剧,员工(人力资源)越来越成为企业成功的关键资源。薪酬体系作为对员工有效激励的主要手段,通过提高生产力和劳动技术水平来增加企业的竞争优势。薪酬体系的构建和管理应该以企业的经营战略为导向,做到激发员工积极工作实现企业目标的同时,提高员工的薪酬满意度,使企业与员工共同进展进步,减少企业的人才流失。然而,我国企业薪酬实践却只重视操作和流程,缺乏战略规划和全面系统的管理。因此,企业战略性薪酬的构建势在必行。本文以天瑞公司为例,进行战略性薪酬与企业战略的匹配分析,对我国企业薪酬体系设计提出了一此建议。关键词: 战略薪酬;匹配;天瑞集团AbstractWith development of technology and increasing competition from overseas, the staff becomes the enterprise successful essential resources. The salary system takes the principal means which drove effectively to the staff and increases enterprise's competitive advantage by enhancing the productive forces and technical level of the work. The salary system's construction and the management should be the guidance to business strategy of the enterprise to stimulate the staff active in work, realize business goal at the same time and enhance staff's salary degree of satisfaction. However, Enterprises in Our country only takes seriously to operate and the flow about salary, lacks of the strategic plan and the comprehensive system's management.
