毕业综合实践报告工业矿砂自动装车送料系统设计 指导老师： ： 专业： 电气自动化技术 班级： 2024 级 4 班学号： 2024-01摘 要 装车送料控制系统的工作环境通常比较恶劣，设备周围所处的环境一般粉尘比较大、空气湿度相对高且操作分散，所以对装车送料控制系统工作的安全性、可靠性、维护简便性要求比较高。在早期的装车送料控制常都采纳继电器逻辑控制, 继电器控制系统多数采纳分立的继电器、接触器等电器元件作为控制元件, 其控制系统复杂、操作难度大, 并且安装接线时工作量大、修改控制策略难、维护量大等问题，严重影响了正常的工业生产。 PLC控制是目前工业上最常用的自动化控制方法，由于其控制方便，能够承受恶劣的环境，并且具有功能强、通用灵活、可靠性高、环境适应性强、编程简单、使用方便以与体积小、重量轻、功耗低等一系列优点，因此在工业上的应用越来越广泛。 关键词: 装车送料，控制系统, 可编程控制器ABSTRACTLoading the feeding control system working environment is very bad, the general environment of dust around the apparatus is relatively large, air humidity is relatively high and the operation is dispersed, so the loading and feeding control system for work safety, reliability, convenient maintenance requirements is relatively high.
