心理测量在人力资源管理中的应用分析[摘要]心理测量作为一种十分有效的工具在人力资源管理中的应用越来越广泛。但这些应用往往停留在招聘与选拔等少数方面,并且在使用心理测量过于随意,没有注意到测量方法在本企业的适用性。这些问题源于多方面的原因。所以本文提出心理测量在人力资源管理中应用的问题,探寻这些问题产生的原因,并且寻找解决问题的对策。[关键词] 心理测量 人力资源管理 应用 The Analysis Of Psychological Measurement's Applications In Human Resource Management[Abstract] Psychological measurement which is a very effective tool in human resource management is widely applied.
