数字式 R、L、C 测量仪的设计任浩伟(理工学院 物理与电信工程学院 电子信息工程专业,20011 级 1 班, 723003)指导老师:梁芳[摘要]本设计以 AT89C52 单片机为核心,利用 555 多谐振荡原理,设计并制作了一个电阻、电感、电容测试仪。把模拟量转换成频率用单片机测量频率,易测量,且便于使仪表实现自动化,测量精度也高。单片机构成的应用系统有较大的可靠性。在电阻、电容、电感测试系统中,用 LED 来显示测量结果,既简单又显而易见。该设计不仅能够快速、自动测量,而且能够在 LED 上显示结果。经测试,该系统性能稳定,测量精度高,符合设计要求。[关键词]AT89C52;555 定时器;频率计Design of Digital Resistance, Inductance, Capacitance TesterRen Haowei (Grade 11,Class 1,Major electronics and information engineering,School of physics and electrical engineering,Shaanxi University of Technology,Hanzhong 723003,Shanxi)Tutor: Liang Fang[Abstract]This design takes the AT89C52 microcontroller as the core, uses the 555 multi - harmonic oscillation principle, designs and makes a resistance, inductance, the capacitance tester.
