日韩自由贸易区的实质性进展与谈判旷日持久的迹象东北财经大学国际经济贸易学院 刘昌黎内容提要：以 2024 年 12 月到 2024 年 11 月进行的 6 次谈判为标志，日韩 FTA 已进入了实质性的进展阶段。然而，日韩 FTA 谈判的进展并不顺利，现已搁浅，出现了旷日持久的迹象。由于推动日韩自由贸易区实质性进展的有利因素，日韩 FTA 迟早会重开谈判，这是没有疑义的。不过，由于导致 FTA 谈判搁浅和旷日持久的深刻原因和重开谈判的阻力，何时重开谈判还是一个未知数。即使近期内能够重开谈判，谈判也不会一帆风顺地进行，说不定还会发生新的矛盾和挫折。关键词：日韩、FTA、谈判、旷日持久。The substantive progress and prolonged evidence of negotiation in the Japanese-South Korea FTA College of International Economics and Trade, Dong Bei University of finance and economicsLiu changliAbstract: In the sign of six negotiations that were held during the period from December, 2024 to November, 2024, the Japan-South Korea FTA has already entered substantive developing stage. However, the progress of FTA negotiation is not smooth, which has already stranded now, and on the other hand, the prolonged evidence has appeared. Because the favorable factor of substantive progress in the Japanese-South Korea FTA, the negotiation must reopen sooner or later without any doubt. However, with the prolonged deep reason and the reopening resistance in negotiation, it is still uncertain when to reopen it.
