题 目 某造纸废 水处理工艺设计 学生延伟 学号 1111044030 所在学院 理工学院化学与环境科学学院 专业班级 环境工程专业 1101 班 指导老师 瑾 2024 年 6 月 16 日某造纸废水处理工艺设计 延伟（理工学院化学与环境科学学院环境工程专业 1101 班， 723000）指导老师：瑾[ 摘 要 ] 本 设 计 是 针 对 3500m3/d 的 某 造 纸 废 水 处 理 工 艺 设 计 ， 进 水 水 质 为 ： COD ： 1000-2000mg/L，BOD5：200-400mg/L，SS：200-600mg/L，pH：6-9。通过对该造纸厂中段废水的水量的水质等特点的分析，结合该种废水的处理工艺，对厂的环境卫生要求与本工程的具体要求采纳卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺为核心的处理工艺，本设计使用的污水处理工艺流程为：格栅——调节池——絮凝沉淀池——水解酸化池——卡鲁塞尔氧化沟——二沉池——污泥浓缩池——污泥脱水间。其出水水质：COD：66.3mg/L，BOD5：18.4mg/L，SS：15.4mg/L，pH：6-9。达到 GB3544-2024《造纸工业水污染排放标准》的要求排放标准。本设计流程技术成熟、切合实际、运行可靠、操作管理简单、运行费用低、占地面积小。[关键词]卡鲁塞尔氧化沟；COD；BOD；SSProcess Design of A Papermaking Wastewater TreatmentLi Yanwei(Grade11,Class1,Environment Engineering,College of Chemical & Environment Science,Shaanxi University of Technology,Hanzhong 723000,Shannxi)Tutor:Liu JinAbstract:The design of a paper wastewater treatment process design for 3500m 3/d, the influent water quality is: COD:1000-2000mg/L, BOD5:200-400mg/L, SS:200-600mg/L, pH:6-9.
