摘 要 本文从高兴岭油田生产实际出发,较全面地分析了高兴岭油田开发中后期后,出现杆、管严重偏磨的特点、偏磨原因与防偏磨对策; 在对抽油机井井下杆管受力分析的基础上,结合高兴岭油田抽油机井杆管偏磨的分布规律,从抽油机井泵径、含水率、沉没度以与抽汲参数对杆管偏磨的影响分析入手,得出了抽油机井的偏磨机理。一些区块油层压力下降导致油井供液能力下降,使泵挂不断加深,高含水、低沉没度状态下运行的抽油杆柱会发生“液击”现象,加大振动载荷,使抽油杆柱更易发生偏磨;一些注水较好区块油井采纳大泵提液,油井采纳较大的抽汲参数也会使抽油杆柱的受力朝着容易发生偏磨的情况进展;含水的不断上升也使井下杆管工作状况逐年变差;随着油田的开发,偏磨程度在不断加重,偏磨井数也在不断上升,有效控制和预防油井的偏磨已经成为控制油田生产成本、实现降本增效的有效途径。抽油机井的防偏磨措施主要是实行扶正器、注塑杆等措施对抽油杆柱进行约束,应用耐磨材料改善抽油杆接箍和油管的耐磨性,或者优化油井工况改善抽油杆柱的受力等手段,实现对抽油机井偏磨的防治。关键词:高兴岭油田;偏磨机理;防偏磨措施Abstract This paper focuses on the real production in Huanxiling oilfield ,analyzing the appearance of rods and tubes ,serious side grinding characteristics,partial wear causes and countermeasures against side wear.Based on the stress analysis of the rods and pipes of the underground pumping wells,Combined Huanxiling oilfield pumping wells rods partial abrasion distribution, beginning with the influence of pumping wells pump diameter,moisture content,submergence depth and swabbing parameters,and finally we get the Pumping wells partial grinding mechanism.The decrease of reservoir pressure of some block leads to the decrease of capacity for the liquid, which makes the pump link deeper, high water, the sucker rod running under the low submergence will cause the phenomenon of "Liquid strike" and increase the vibration load ,which makes the sucker rods appear eccentric wear more easily.Some blocks of oilfield...
