海尔公司扁平化组织结构进程分析摘要:企业的组织结构面临着知识经济的严峻挑战,传统的组织结构已经不能适应当今时代尤其是日益变化迅速的经营环境。金字塔式的层级组织模式被分散化组织方式替代,企业的组织结构趋向于向扁平化方向进展。本文主要根据哈默与钱皮的企业再造理论和彼得·圣吉的学习型组织理论对海尔的扁平化组织结构进程进行具体分析,阐述传统组织形式在新时期的弊端,以与扁平化组织与其对比的优势,从而论证扁平化组织结构给企业带来的好处。作者利用理论分析和案例分析相结合方法,在介绍了传统组织理论和现代扁平化组织理论基础之上分析了扁平化组织的特征与优点,实施扁平化管理的条件和一些具体措施。结合国海尔集团的扁平化变革案例,介绍了海尔的流程再造和海尔独特的 SBU 管理模式,作者在海尔业绩的基础上做出前后对比分析。本文结合海尔扁平化组织结构进程分析,主要目的在于为中国企业改变臃肿的组织结构,进行扁平化组织变革和提高企业竞争力提供参考。关键词:组织结构 扁平化 海尔Haier Corporation Flatter Organizational Structure Analysis Abstract : In the organizational structure of the knowledge-based economy is facing severe challenges, The traditional organizational structure can not meet the present era is particularly growing rapidly changing business environment.
