浅析企业股权结构对企业价值的影响——以 TCL 企业为例摘 要股权结构对一家企业的发展影响深远，优质的股权结构可以使企业得到前所未有的发展和使企业价值得到极大的提升，本文围绕股权结构性质，以及各种股权结构会给企业带来的影响进行分析研究。同时，对一家企业进行例子分析，对其企业经过股权变动后，其企业的发展和对企业价值产生什么影响。提出相对集中的股权结构，股权多元化，适当的股权制衡度，来提升企业价值的建议。关键词：股权结构；企业价值；TCL 企业；1A brief analysis of the influence of enterprise equity structure on enterprise value——Take TCL as an exampleAbstractThe ownership structure has a far-reaching impact on the development of an enterprise.
