摘 要本实验以脱脂油茶饼粕为材料,正丁醇溶液作浸提剂,通过超声波辅助,控制正丁醇溶液的溶度、提取 时温度、超声波 占总功率的百分比、提取所用时间以及固液比。最后使用正交实验与单因素实验,研究提取茶皂素的最佳工艺条件。并通过香草醛- 浓硫酸显色原理,测出提取液550nm 处的吸光度,计算提取率。研究结果表明:功率为90% 的超声波,提取时温度为70℃,固体跟液体比为1 :7 (g:mL),超声时间提取为75min ,在此情况下,茶皂素的提取率最高为12.63%。关 键 词 :超声波提取;油茶饼粕;茶皂素;正丁醇;香草醛- 浓硫酸显色法AbstractThis experiment includes: using ultrasonic equipment to degrease tea dregs, butanol extract, controlling the solubility and temperature of butanol solution, etc. During extraction, the percentage of ultrasonic power, extraction time and the proportion of solid solution. At last, orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment were used to study the best conditions of tea saponin extraction. With the aid of vanillin concentrated sulfuric acid theory, the measured absorption is 550nm extraction, and the extraction rate is calculated.
