本科论文摘 要随着城市化进程脚步加快，城市人口的增多，城市发展与城市基础设施之间的矛盾凸显，交通拥堵严重制约了城市的稳健发展，在这种形式下，城市轻轨交通应运而生，现代城市轻轨交通系统作为一个复杂而庞大的系统，不仅包括了传统的给水排水系统、安全系统、防灾系统和车辆管理系统等，而且还包括了现代新兴技术系统，如通信系统、屏蔽系统、环境与设备安全监测系统、视频监测系统、自动售票系统。拥有良好的轻轨交通管理运营可以提前预防事故发生，在事故发生时能够及时采取有效的解决方案，将损伤降到最低，因此城市轻轨交通安全运营管理的工作就显得十分重要。本文以沈阳轻轨交通运营为例进行风险评估，首先了明确了本文的研究背景，研究意义，在综合国内外研究成果的基础上，进行相关综合的理论介绍，分析了沈阳轻轨运营的风险原因及影响因素，强调运营过程中安全管理的重要性。分析表明沈阳轻轨交通运营的不安全因素主要存在于安全管理、设备运行、人的因素、环境因素中，同时把各种不安全因素形成因子系列，建立安全评价指标体系，运用层次分析法，评估确定沈阳轻轨交通运营的风险评价结果，提前预警，组织防范措施，对轻轨从安全运营的角度提出相应的解决对策，其中包括轻轨运营的组织预防措施、设备的管理措施、人员制度的安全管理措施。关键词：城市轻轨交通；风险识别；安全运营；风险评价；预防措施AbstractWith the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of urban population,the contradiction between urban development and urban infrastructure is prominent.Traffic congestion has seriously restricted the steady development of the city.In this form,urban light 本科论文rail transit emerges as the times require.As a complex and huge system,modern urban light rail transit system not only includes the traditional water supply and drainage system and safety system ,disaster prevention system and vehicle management system,and also includes modern emerging technology systems,such as communication system,shielding system,environment and equipment safety monitoring system,video monitoring system,automatic ticket system.With a good management and operation of ...
