Study on financial management of smalland medium-sized enterprisesAbstractSmall and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the national economy. It has played an important role in economic development and social stability. However, due to the small scale of its output and insufficient funds, it is also affected by traditional institutions and external macroeconomic factors. Most small and medium-sized enterprises have not combined with the development of the market economy to develop their own company's development plan.However, how to promote the healthy growth of enterprises remains to be further explored . With the full development of market economy, the financial management becomes more and more important. The quality of the financial management is very significant for the development of the enterprises. Financial management is directly related to the survival and development of the enterprise. This thesis will do research for this problem and cast the Shenzhen H company as a case. Because the company owns all the features of the Medium-sized and small enterprises, it is a typical representative. H company is a young company, which is found in 2007, engaged in the educational guidance industry.Strengthening the financial management of small and medium enterprises would not only meet the needs of their development, but also give them the ability to improve the core competitiveness.It has great theoretical and practical significance.
