仓储管理专业 天津昊辰高新科技有限公司存货管理问题研究

摘 要改革开放以来，我国的经济状况得到极大的发展，同时很多企业也如雨后春笋般拔地而起，存货管理这一课题在企业中也变得越来越重要了。企业存货情况的好坏将会直接影响到这个企业在整个社会上的生存情况。所以现代企业都要有一个合理良性的存货管理制度，同时要结合自身企业的实际特点，要结合实际，制定出一个行之有效的企业存货管理制度。因此,本文以存货管理为重点，以天津昊辰高新科技有限公司为例，对该公司存货管理中存在的问题进行探讨。同时，本文也针对天津天津昊辰公司的实际数据和实际案例进行分析，在分析时候我们运用了数据分析法，还有是案例分析法。找出企业在存货管理方面的不足与缺点并且提出改进措施加以改进。 关键词：竞争力； 存货管理； 数据分析法；案例分析法 AbstractSince the reform and opening up, China's economic situation has been greatly developed, at the same time, many enterprises have sprung up, inventory management has become more and more important in enterprises.
