生活污水脱氮除磷工程设计[ 摘 要 ] 某 小 区 每 天 生 活 污 水 的 最 大 排 放 量 为28000t , 污 水 水 质 为 :BOD=130mg/L,COD=280mg/L,SS=280mg/L,TP=4.5mg/L,TN=30mg/L;根据进水水质特征与出水水质要求,拟采纳 CAST 作为该小区生活污水脱氮除磷的工艺,其处理流程为:进水→中格栅→提升泵房→细格栅→平流沉砂池→CAST 反应池→接触池→出水,污水经处理后达到 GB18918-2024 一级 A 标准,且整个处理自动化程度高,噪音小;经预算整个工程初期投资较低,运行成本 0.41 元/(m3污水),适用于城市小区生活污水的处理,其设计过程可为类似污水处理厂设计提供借鉴和参考。[关键词]小区生活污水;CAST;脱氮除磷Engineering design of denitrification and phosphorus removal of sewageAbstract: A district sewage of maximum emissions is 28000 t every day,the designed water quality for BOD,COD,SS,TP and TN is 130mg/L,280mg/L,280mg/L,4.5mg/L,30mg/L respectively. According to the characters of influent water quality and effluent water quality requirements,the proposed CAST can be taken as a technology of plot sewage denitrification and phosphorus. The process is as follows:wastewater→medium grille→boost pump room→Fine screen→horizontal flow grit chamber→CAST reaction pool→contact chamber→water purification. The sewage after treatment reach GB18918-2024 grade Astandard and the whole deal with a high degree of automation, low noise.
