5KW 家用光伏并网发电系统设计摘 要我国是发展中大国,工业发展与国民用电对能源的依赖性非常大,太阳能不仅清洁无污染而且是可无限再生的一种能源,对太阳能的利用推动了光伏发电产业的发展,小型的家用光伏发电能直接惠利于民在今年来受到广泛关注。本文设计了装机容量为 5KW 的光伏并网发电系统,足以满足一般家庭的生活用电。针对光伏发电产业的现状和前景进行了简单介绍,对光伏并网发电系统的各个模块进行了设计。包括光伏电池的原理与电池组件的设计、主电路设计、控制系统设计,主电路是由 DC/DC 变换部分和 DC/AC 变换部分组成,DC/DC 包括电源电路、稳压电路,用于提升光伏电池的输出电压并使之稳定不变; DC/AC包括逆变电路及其驱动信号发生电路;控制系统包含主控芯片、控制电路,控制策略包含最大功率点跟踪算法、spwm 驱动信号产生等。该设计简单可靠,经济实惠,清洁无污染。关键词: 光伏并网,最大功率点跟踪控制,单相全桥逆变电路I5KW home photovoltaic grid-connected power generation system designabstractChina is a large developing country.
