年产 3000 吨茶油工厂设计摘要本设计中的茶油是一种纯天然高品质可食用植物油。本工厂设计通过对多种生产工艺流程进行对比,最终选择了冷榨法作为本设计的生产工艺。其好处是可以避免油料经过高温蒸炒,流失营养成分,最大限度地保留了生物活性物质。全过程使用物理方法,无化学添加,符合绿色食品的标准。根据各个流程生产能力的需求进行设备选型,选择合理的生产设备,进而优化车间布局,设计最后通过设备、原料以及水电成本的估算对产品定价,从实际出发,使本工厂设计成本最优化,利益最大化。关键词:茶油;工艺流程;设备选型;工厂设计Design of tea oil factory with annual output of 3000 tonsAbstractThe tea oil in this design is a pure natural high-quality edible vegetable oil. The design of this factory is based on the comparison of various production processes, and finally chose the cold pressing method as the production process of this design.
