基于氨基酸的碳点制备 摘 要本论文使用色氨酸和苏氨酸、酪氨酸,合成碳点,通过改变碳源、反应物料比、反应温度在 pH 等于 2 的溶剂中制备出不同条件下的碳点(CDs1-CDs8),其中 CDs1 和CDS2 是色氨酸比苏氨酸为 1:3,分别在 150℃和 180℃制备的碳点,CDS3 和 CDS4 是色氨酸比苏氨酸为 1:1,分别在 150℃和 180℃制备的碳点,CDs5 和 CDS6 是色氨酸比酪氨酸为 1:3,分别在 150℃和 180℃制备的碳点,CDS7 和 CDS8 是色氨酸比苏氨酸为 1:1,分别在 150℃和 180℃制备的碳点。观察并记录每种碳点在紫外灯照射下的发光颜色及情况,结合荧光光谱探究反应条件对碳点光学性质的影响。结合红外吸收光谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱研究碳点的表面官能团、元素种类。测定碳点的 pH 依赖性。对金属离子响应检测。以硫酸奎宁为标准物,测定碳点的荧光量子产率。通过上述研究结果得知,色氨酸和苏氨酸更合适用来制备碳点,碳源中所含-OH 越多或温度越高时制备的碳点荧光量子产率较高。 关键词:水热法;碳点;激发波长依赖性;荧光量子产率AbstractIn this paper, tryptophan and threonine, tyrosine, synthetic carbon point, by changing the carbon source, reaction material ratio, reaction temperature in the pH equal to 2 solvent prepared under different conditions of Carbon point (CDs1-CDs8), of which CDs1 and CDS2 is tryptophan than threonine 1:3, The carbon points prepared at 150 and 180 ℃℃ respectively, CDS3 and CDS4 were tryptophan than threonine 1:1, the carbon points prepared at 150 and 180 respectively, CDs5 and CDS6 were tryptophan ratio tyrosine to 1:3,℃℃ respectively, at 150 and 180 to prepare the carbon point, CDS7 and CDS8 were 1:1℃℃ carbon dots prepared by tryptophan than threonine, respectively, at 150 and 180 .
