北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计2 万吨/年废润滑油回收装置溶剂萃取系统设计2 万吨/年废润滑油回收装置溶剂萃取系统设计摘 要溶剂萃取是化工生产中的重要环节，在化工生产中常使用塔设备对混合物进行分离提纯。本设计运用筛板塔和浮阀塔对废润滑油进行萃取分离，经过对比分析丙烷、糠醇、NMP 的萃取效果，选择丙烷作为萃取剂，原理是废润滑油中的组分在丙烷中的溶解度不同，经过沉降塔逆流萃取塔顶采出脱沥青油（DAO），塔釜采出脱油沥青（DOA），在分别进行精馏回收萃取剂丙烷。本文设计了废润滑油以丙烷为溶剂的萃取工艺流程，首先进行了溶剂的对比和选取，然后对质塔设备的物料衡算、能量衡算、主要设备的工艺尺寸进行计算，并选定北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计了适合的附属设备，绘制出 PFD 图和 PID 图。关键词：废润滑油；丙烷；溶剂萃取系统Design of solvent extraction system for 20000 t / a waste lubricating oil recovery unitAbstract北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Solvent extraction is an important part of chemical production.
