X 公司员工培训存在的问题及对策研究摘要:在以持续学习为导向的企业中,完备的培训管理尤为重要。建构起适用于企业需求的培训管理对企业的发展至关重要。本文以人力资源管理和组织行为学理论为基础,通过对文献资料的分析汇总,以及对国内企业培训工作实践情况的分析研究,形成了对培训管理较为深刻的认识。本文通过 X 公司培训概况,探讨了培训管理的建设方法并试着建构了一套适合企业的培训管理模式,对培训管理具有较强的指导作用。关键词:企业;培训管理;问题;对策Abstract: In continuous learning oriented enterprise, the complete training management system is particularly important. Construct a suitable for enterprise needs the training management system is very important to the development of the enterprise. In this paper, on the basis of the human resource management and organizational behavior theory, through the analysis of the literature summary, as well as to the analysis and study of domestic enterprise training work practice, formed a management system for training a deeper understanding.
