摘 要随着不断深化的现代教育改革, 作为基础教育初等阶段的小学教育中,由于小学生自我管理能力较差,他们对学习的态度和动机在大力推进素质教育的今天,自然成为教育领域备受关注的热点问题。当前小学生的教育中因为受年龄、心理,以及学校、家长、社会等诸多因素的共同影响,所以他们的学习动机普遍弱化。这不但影响小学生全面素质的提升,而且背离了小学新课程改革的目标及方向。本文以自我决定理论为指导,以抽样调查材料为依据,阐述了当前小学生学习动机的现状,深刻剖析了产生现状的原因,在此基础上从满足自主需要、关系需求、能力需要以及成就需要等六个方面提出了激发与培养小学生学习动机的对策。关键词:自我决定理论;小学生学习动机;激发与培养AbstractNowadays, the learning motivation naturally becomes a hot topic in the field of education, as the primary education in Basic Education, because of the poor self-management ability of pupils, the attitude of learning and self-management ability directly influence the study after they are paid more attention to the students ' subjectivity. The motivation of learning interest is directly related to learning motivation, and it should pay more attention to students ' learning motives. At present, the pupils ' learning motivation is generally weakened due to he influence of the age, psychology, schools, parents, society and many other factors ,which not only affects the improvement of their overall quality, but also deviates from the goals and direction of the new curriculum reform in primary school.
