阿坝州县域旅游业发展对策研究 人文地理与城乡规划专业 摘要：旅游业发展具有成本低、利润高、投入量小、产出量大等特点, 对推动县域经济发展有着独特的意义和作用。四川省阿坝州以其特有的自然资源和独特的人文资源吸引了大量的旅游者前来旅游度假。其丰富的旅游资源和发展策略虽然在一定程度上促进了旅游发展及市场，但还存在许多不足之处，本文在分析县域旅游资源优势及存在问题的基础上, 提出了加快县域旅游业的发展并将其壮大为县域重点产业的一些举措。 关键词：县域旅游业 旅游资源 旅游业发展 限制因素 对策Study on the countermeasures of tourism in aba prefectureAbstract：the development of tourism has a low cost,high profit,small mass and large out put,etc,to promote the development of county economy has a unique meaning and function.With its unique natural resources and unique cultural resources,aba prefecture in Sichuan province has attracted a large number to tourists to travel for vacation.Although its rich tourism resources and development stratedy in a certain extent promoted the tourism development and the market,but also has many deficiencies,based on the analysis of county tourism resourcesvadvantages and existing problems,on the basis of proposed to speed up the county,development of the tourism industry and its expansion is the key industry of the county of some steps.Keywords: the county tourism, tourism resources, tourism development, constraints, countermeasures. 1 研究背景阿坝藏族羌族自治州位于四川省西北部,该区域自然资源丰富 ,该地区也极具人文色彩，非常适合发展旅游业，但当地的旅游业却一直发展不起来，究其原因有很多方面。得天独厚的自然资源没有充分的利用起来，没有为当地的经济带来增收，导致了贫穷落后的局面的发生。因此，基于这样的背景下，中共中央提出了西部大开发的发展战略，目的就在于将西部地区丰富的自然、人文资源充分的挖掘出来，形成自己的区域优势，并为各自的地区实现经济的发展和个人收入的增长，慢慢的缩短地区间贫富的差距。所以，西部地区必须切实的响应国家...
