北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文BIM 技术在项目全生命周期管理中的应用价值研究摘 要随着技术经济的高速发展,工程项目逐渐具有建设周期长、施工难度高、参与单位众多的特点。因为目前运用的管理方法和施工技术的局限性,所以导致工程项目的建造效率低,从而影响了整个建筑行业的工作效率。我国建筑领域引入 BIM 技术后给建筑业带来了一次新的革命,引起了从业人员的高度关注。BIM 技术在项目的全生命周期管理中也起到了积极作用,应用范围涵盖了设计阶段、施工阶段和运营维护阶段,通过改变管理者之间的合作方式和组织结构,进而使项目的多个参与方更高效的协同合作。虽然从业人员在实践中积累了大量的经验,但目前行业内对 BIM 技术应用还存在大量难题。本文总结了 BIM 技术在项目的设计、施工、运营和维护管理阶段的应用，并分析了在项目中使用 BIM 技术的优势和障碍。找出目前 BIM 技术在项目全生命周期应用不完善的主要原因,并提出改进措施和建议。 关键词：BIM 技术；全生命周期；优势及障碍；措施与建议 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractWith the raped developments of technology and enjoy, engineering projects gradually have the characteristics of long construction period, high construction difficulties, and many participating units.
