北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文BIM 技术在项目全生命周期管理中的应用价值研究摘 要随着技术经济的高速发展,工程项目逐渐具有建设周期长、施工难度高、参与单位众多的特点。因为目前运用的管理方法和施工技术的局限性,所以导致工程项目的建造效率低,从而影响了整个建筑行业的工作效率。我国建筑领域引入 BIM 技术后给建筑业带来了一次新的革命,引起了从业人员的高度关注。BIM 技术在项目的全生命周期管理中也起到了积极作用,应用范围涵盖了设计阶段、施工阶段和运营维护阶段,通过改变管理者之间的合作方式和组织结构,进而使项目的多个参与方更高效的协同合作。虽然从业人员在实践中积累了大量的经验,但目前行业内对 BIM 技术应用还存在大量难题。本文总结了 BIM 技术在项目的设计、施工、运营和维护管理阶段的应用,并分析了在项目中使用 BIM 技术的优势和障碍。找出目前 BIM 技术在项目全生命周期应用不完善的主要原因,并提出改进措施和建议。 关键词:BIM 技术;全生命周期;优势及障碍;措施与建议 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractWith the raped developments of technology and enjoy, engineering projects gradually have the characteristics of long construction period, high construction difficulties, and many participating units.
