本文以我国杭州尼盛万丽酒店作为研究对象,使用 SPSS 统计软件进行对于酒店服务的问卷调查回收,希望通过这种研究方式来寻找更符合我国消费者的高星级酒店建设模式,提升客户的满意度与居住体验
