应用技术学院秘书学专业学生的职业认同摘要近年来，随着高校教育都非常重视学生的职业能力的培养目标，提高学生职业能力的前提就是培养学生的职业认同。以应用技术学院秘书学专业学生的职业认同为例，目前很多的学生对自己将要从事的职业缺乏职业认同意识，给学生的学习和将来走向工作岗位带来了不利的影响。解决的关键在于培养学生对本专业的职业认同，从真正意义上了解秘书学专业，促进学生对专业知识的认识和技能的培训。I关键词：应用技术学院；秘书学；学生；职业认同IIAbstractIn recent years,as the College education attaches great importance to the cultivation goal of students' vocational ability. Taking the professional identity of secretary major students in applied technical college as an example, at present, many students lack the consciousness of professional identity for the career they are going to engage in, which has a negative impact on their study and future work.
