摘 要随着学前教育的快速发展,社会、家长对学前教育的关注度日益增强,作为学前教育的主力军—幼儿教师,无形中产生巨大的压力。本研究以宝鸡市凤翔县为例,运用文献法,问卷调查法,访谈法对目前幼儿教师工作压力现状进行了解。找出影响幼儿教师工作压力的因素,分析有关因素与幼儿教师工作压力之间的关系,针对幼儿教师工作压力的影响因素提出有效缓解幼儿教师工作压力的途径。通过研究帮助幼儿教师提高自身健康水平,正确认识自己工作特点,有效提高自己的教育教学能力,促进幼儿园对幼儿教师的管理人性化、合理化,让社会大众真正认识与理解幼儿教师的工作,给予幼儿教师工作的支持。关键词:幼儿教师; 工作压力;现状AbstractWith the rapid development of pre-school education, the social and parents ' attention to pre-school education is increasing, as the main force of preschool education-kindergarten teachers, virtually bring tremendous pressure.
