I IIIII建设银行房贷风险防范研究摘 要近年来,我国房地产业快速发展,不仅带动房地产上下游行业的发展,也推动了商业银行房贷业务的发展。随着经济的不断发展,房价在此前提下也在不断上涨,同时房贷的需求量也在日益攀升,而人们的住房需求可以通过贷款来实现。中国建设银行是商业银行的一员,也是房地产市场的重要参与主体。并且其具有存款、贷款等业务,其中贷款业务正好满足居民住房需求。当房贷业务量不断增长的同时,房贷的不良发生率和风险也在增加。本文以建设银行作为研究对象,通过对房贷业务的一些风险管理办法进行分析,并对其风险进行研究,从借款人和银行对房贷的冲动、借款人、银行、开发商及中介机构以及外部宏观环境等五个方面找出该业务存在的问题,并提出相应的风险防范和保障措施。希望通过对建设银行房贷风险防范的研究,能够推动房贷业务的健康发展。关键词:中国建设银行;房贷风险;防范措施Research on risk prevention of Construction Bank's housing IVloanAbstractIn recent years, the rapid development of China's real estate industry not only drives the development of the upstream and downstream real estate industry, but also promotes the development of commercial Banks' mortgage business.
