友谊酒店人力资源管理分析 摘要随着服务业市场的竞争日趋激烈，酒店人力资源开发和管理工作作为酒店发展的重要内容之一，沿用传统的人事管理的方法，难以满足现代酒店发展对人力资源的要求，普遍存在着对人力资源的认识和管理不足，因此必须提高认识，采用科学地的手段和方法对酒店现有的人力资源进行管理和开发。本文选择友谊酒店作为研究对象，在理论和实践相结合的前提下，分析了该酒店目前人力资源的利用状况和存在的问题。并且根据该酒店今后的生产经营和战略目标，利用科学的方法对其人力资源进行了详细地分析。制定了综合性的措施和方法，以确保目标的最终实现，为酒店在人力资源开发与管理方面提供强有力的支持。关键词: 友谊酒店；人力资源管理；分析THE STATUS ANALYSIS OF YOUYI HOTEL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENTABSTRACTIn the recent years ． these years service industry competes dramatically ． The management of human resources is one of important items of the development of hotel．It can’t content the requirements of development of human resources contemporary enterprises to continue to use old methods of personnel management ． Ubiquitously, lack of understanding and experience on human resources management ， therefore ， the understanding must be improved ， and the present labor force must be managed and developed by means of scientific methods．On the basis of combination of theory and practice, the paper takes Youyi hotel as studying objective, and analyzes the present status of the utility of human resources and problems of human resources management faced the hotel.
