友谊酒店人力资源管理分析 摘要随着服务业市场的竞争日趋激烈,酒店人力资源开发和管理工作作为酒店发展的重要内容之一,沿用传统的人事管理的方法,难以满足现代酒店发展对人力资源的要求,普遍存在着对人力资源的认识和管理不足,因此必须提高认识,采用科学地的手段和方法对酒店现有的人力资源进行管理和开发。本文选择友谊酒店作为研究对象,在理论和实践相结合的前提下,分析了该酒店目前人力资源的利用状况和存在的问题。并且根据该酒店今后的生产经营和战略目标,利用科学的方法对其人力资源进行了详细地分析。制定了综合性的措施和方法,以确保目标的最终实现,为酒店在人力资源开发与管理方面提供强有力的支持。关键词: 友谊酒店;人力资源管理;分析THE STATUS ANALYSIS OF YOUYI HOTEL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENTABSTRACTIn the recent years . these years service industry competes dramatically .
