幼儿教师社会支持的现状研究摘要历史实践表明,社会越发展进步,学前教育就越被人们所重视。幼儿园教师的工作强度之高,压力之大是众所周知的。长期在这种工作状态下,不良的心理状态和消极的情绪体验就成了幼儿园教师的常见问题。给予幼儿园教师足够的社会支持,是提高幼儿园教师身心健康情况的重要措施,更是提升教育质量的重要保证。所谓社会支持,即来源于社会上的各个行业以及他人对幼师的帮助。这些帮助来自精神层面和物质层面。现今幼师社会支持整体水平中有 74.10%的处于中等;高社会支持的占 20.33%;低社会支持的占 5.57%。影响幼儿教师社会支持水平的因素可能有:婚姻状况、文化程度、职称、月工资、园所级别、幼儿园性质、行政职务等,本文将从这七个方面展开比较分析。幼儿教师社会支持水平偏低的根源可能存在于现行的社会分配体系和传统教育观念及社会经济快速发展和幼儿园体制建设等方面。不妨通过提高幼儿园教师社会支持水平的自我管理策略以及提高幼儿教师社会支持水平的园所管理策略来提高幼儿教师社会支持水平。关键词:幼儿教师;社会支持; 现状研究ABSTRACTWith the continuous development of society, people pay more attention to preschool education. Preschool teachers are prone to bad psychological state and negative emotional experience because of their high work intensity and high pressure. Adequate social support for kindergarten teachers is of great significance to improve their physical and mental health and teaching level. Social support refers to all kinds of help that a person receives from others in society. These include material and spiritual support. At present,74.10% of kindergarten teachers have medium social support,20.33% have high social support and 5.57% have low social support.
