钻削中心主轴系统设计和实现 机械制造自动化专业

摘 要随着国家的发展，社会的进步。老式的钻床，铣床已经不能满足现有的加工需求。不错，在原有技术落后的情况下，根据现有的技术，必须进行改造，研制出新型的数控机床-- 钻销中心。 新型的机床必须具有钻孔，铣削等功能，自动化的程度也要大大地提高，才能满足当代制造业的需求。 在本文中，主要进行新型机床的主轴系统的设计。在这种设计里,主轴调速机构采用交流电动机进行调速;主轴的传动方式采用带传动加齿轮来完成;高刚度的轴承是也是设计里的要求，半闭环伺服进给系统是 z 方向上的进给，自动换刀在主轴的内部完成。简而言之，结合本次设计的思路，经过对主轴改造的初步设想，能满足高的加工精度、高效的工作方式。关键词 : 数控技术 ; 钻削中心 ; 主轴系统;老式钻床；自动化IIIABSTRACTWith the advancement of technology and the development of CNC machining technology, old-fashioned drilling machines and milling machines have been unable to meet the existing processing needs.
