我院消化系统药物的使用分析【摘要】 目的 分析我院消化系统药物使用情况,探讨消化系统药物用药地位及用药趋势。方法 利用金额排序法和用药频度排序法，对消化系统用药进行统计和分析。结果 消化系统用药金额和所占百分比逐年上升。结论 消化系统用药在医疗机构中重要性不容忽视。【关键词】 消化系统药物；用药分析；金额排序；用药频率 【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the current situation of using the medicine on digestive system in our hospital, and discuss its station and Accounting and analysing the using of the medicine on digestive system throngh ordering the sum and the frequency of using the The sum and proportion of using the medicine are rising year after Using the medicine on digestive system is more and more important in the medical establishment. 【Key words】 digestive system drugs;analysing the use of the medicine;ordering of sum;frequency of the use of the medicine 近年来，随着新药的不断涌现和老药深化应用，在给人们治疗各类疾病提供 资料 原始资料及数据来源于我院“医院信息管理系统”，对 2025 年消化系统药物的使用进行统计分析，年比较分析来源于2025～2025 年原始数据。 方法 确定限定日剂量 一般药物的限定日剂量采纳《中国药典》，《新编药物学》和《有用临床用药监护》［2］推举的主要适应证成人平均日剂量，其他未收载的新药引用药品说明书推举的成人常规剂量或根据临床习惯用量而定。DDDs=年药物消耗量/DDD 值，其含义为以约定日剂量为单位的某药品消耗量。DDDs 越大，说明此种药物的使用频度越高，反映临床对该药的选择倾向性大，DDDs 具有量的相加性。 类别消耗分析 对消化系统药物进行分类并统计分析，同时对消化系统中使用的主要药品进行比较分析。 月消耗分析 对 2025 年所用药品按月进行消耗分析，通过逐月药品使用金额比较，了解药品使用情况，找出药品使用变化的影响因素。 年消耗分析 通过对近 3 年药品使用的年比较分析，了解药品的使用趋势。 2 结果 消化系统各类药物消耗金额及构成比 见表 1。在该院使用的消化系统药中，肝病用药排在首位，其次是抗酸药及抗溃疡药，与文献报道不一致［3］。其原因可能一是本院肝病患...
