护理纠纷原因分析预防及对策体会 【关键词】 护理 摘要：目的：进一步提高护理质量，吸取教训，避开护理纠纷的发生。方法：分析我院近 10 年来 26 宗护理纠纷。结果：发现引起纠纷的主要有护理人员素养差、收费不当、专业护理知识不够，患者医学知识欠缺及护士工作强度大等方面原因。结论：预防纠纷的发生要树立良好的护理道德，加强责任心，避开带情绪上班，加强业务知识学习，合理收费和与患者语言沟通等。 关键词：护理；纠纷 Analyse the Cause Prevention and Countermeasure of Nursing Dispute Abstract: Objective: To improve the nursing quality, absorb lessons, avoid nursing dispute. Metbods: 26 cases of nursing dispute for ten years were analysed. Results: The cause of nursing dispute were the low quality of nursing, the improper charge, lacking of speciality nursing knowledge, the large work of nurses and the patients lacked of medicine knowledge and so on. Conclusion: To prevent dispute it need to establish good nurse morality, strengthen sense of responsibility, avoid being on duty with feelings, strengthen to study speciality knowledge, reasonable charge and good langvage link up with patierts. Key words:Nursing;Dispute 为了避开这些纠纷发生，提高质量，本人对 1995 年到现在所发生的 26 宗护理纠纷作了分析。 1 原因分析 1 护理人员服务素养差，与患者或家属沟通不够，或语言表达不当引起 6 宗，占 23%。2 因技术不全面或不熟练引起 5 宗，占%。3 收费不当引起 4 宗，占%。4 责任心不强，病情突然变化未及时向医生汇报引起 1 宗，占%。5 专科护理知识不够，新护士或调科后护士对新到科室的特点不了解，造成病人不满意引起 7 宗，占%。6 护理人员少，工作强度大，病人得到护理服务少或门诊就诊病人多，排队时间长未得到治疗，使患者有不被重视的态度而发生误解而引起 3 宗，占%。7 患者医学知识欠缺，文化程度低而与护理人员产生对立的情绪引起 5 宗，占%。 2 预防对策 针对部分护理人员服务素养差，应变能力不强，必须树立良好的护理道德，具备“爱岗、敬业”精神，真正做到“假如我是一个病人”来体谅病人的心情，...
