摘要根据谷内的汽车行业发布的相关数据,最近几年每一年的车辆总数都在递增并且增长的趋势越来越快。随着新能源汽车的大力发展,汽车的驱动方式开始向电力驱动转变,面对故障问题主要围绕方面为电力系统以及电动汽车的使用成本充电续航、使用里程、事故短路等方面是电动汽车行业必须要面对的问题。传统的燃油车辆经历长时间的发展具有完善的售后架构,有完成的维修体系和专业的技术人员,电动汽车是新兴的汽车行业,对应为维修技术和维修人员的专业体系都在发展的最初阶段,汽车维修师傅在对车抢进行维修的时候进场遇到技术阻碍很难对电动汽车进行精准的维修。所有对电动汽车系统故障的检测和维修的研究非常利于电动汽车维修行业的进步和发展,大大提高了电动汽车的使用安全性,对于汽车行业具有非常大的意义。本文主要以宝马 i3 为例,研究其动力系统的架构和相关故障的维修,为电动汽车行业提供有效的理论帮助。关键词:新能源;电驱动系统;故障检修AbstractAccordingtotherelevantdatareleasedbytheautomobileindustryinthevalley,thetotalnumberofvehiclesisincreasingeveryyearinrecentyears,andthegrowthtrendisgettingfasterandfaster.Withthevigorousdevelopmentofnewenergyvehicles,thedrivingmodeofvehiclesbeginstochangetoelectricdriving.Theproblemsfacedbytheelectricvehicleindustrymainlyfocusonthepowersystemandtheusecost,charginglife,usemileageandaccidentshortcircuitofelectricvehicles.Traditionalfuelvehicleshaveexperiencedlong-termdevelopmentandhaveaperfectafter-salesstructure,completemaintenancesystemandprofessionaltechnicians.Electricvehiclesareanewautomobileindustry,andthecorrespondingmaintenancetechnologyandprofessionalsystemofmaintenancepersonnelareintheinitialstageofdevelopment.Automobilemaintenancemastersencountertechnicalobstacleswhenenteringthemarkettorepaircars,soitisdifficulttocarryoutaccuratemaintenanceonelectricvehicles.Allresearchesonfaultdetectionandmaintenanceofelectricvehiclesystemareverybeneficialtotheprogressanddevelopmentofelectricvehiclemaintenanceindustry,greatlyimprovingthesafetyofelectricvehicles,andhavegreatsignificancefortheautomobileindustry.TakingBMWi3asanexample,thispaperstudiesthearchitectureofitspowersystemandthe...
