Qualities for SuccessBy Maria Vargas-PionThinking of success for some people is always a far way looking, because they see themselves holding the “trophy” in their hands immediately, but they don’t look at what needs to take place in order to accomplish that success.Probably, we all know that in order to succeed we need to work hard, but sometimes we forget about the qualities that we need to have to get that success; some of these qualities are more important than others, but all are necessary.First, I think that to be a dreamer and have the ambition to transform that dream to reality is a must, of course, without forgetting the integrity and responsibility that we all must have.Second, believe in yourself and know what you want to be; I consider these to be the most important qualities that a person must have in order to succeed. Nonetheless, we have to have the determination to follow what we want.Above all, the passion for what you want plays a major role, because if you like something today, you may not like it tomorrow, but when you feel passion for what you want, there is no way that anything will make it change. Certainly, I think that doing what you love makes you have success immediately.To conclude, having the stimulus is what will make you put all the above qualities together and fight in a good way to success.
