MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT保密协议This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of XXXX, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between XXXXXXXX., a USA limited liability company, as one Party to this Agreement, and XXXXXXXXX, a Chinese-government-owned enterprise duly established in Shanghai under the laws of the People's Republic of China as the other Party to this Agreement .
