河南科技学院2025 届本科毕业论文(设计)论文题目:基于 PLC 的自动化立体仓库设计学生姓名: 薛云龙所在院系: 机电学院所学专业:机械设计制造及其自化导师姓名: 王玉萍完成时间:2025 年 5 月 20 日摘 要企业现代化生产规模的不断扩大和深化,使得仓库成为生产物流系统中的一个重要且不可缺少的环节。立体仓库正以它最小的占地面积和最佳的空间利用率,逐步替代着面积利用率极低且陈旧落后的平面仓库,这种替代促使仓储物流业的水平提高。为满足现代化生产与流通的需要,就必须采纳以计算机控制技术为主要手段组成的自动化立体仓库。本文结合机电一体化技术, 完成自动化立体仓库中机械手、堆垛机PLC控制系统设计, 实现货物的运输与分配、堆垛机定位控制、出入库控制等功能。该系统具有操作简便, 自动化程度高, 运行速度快、可靠性高等特点。关键字: 自动化立体仓库,堆垛机,4自由度机械手,PLC控制AbstractAs a result of the unceasing increase of production size , warehouses have become an important and indispensable part of organizations. Due to it s minimal occupying area and optimal space usingrate ,the high2rise warehouse is replacing the plane warehouse , which is too behindhand because of it s low area2using rate. And this kind of replacing improves the level of material handling indust ry. Therefore , automatic high-rise warehouses must be used to satisfy the needs of modern production and circulation .
