AlSO4除去钒浸出液中硅的试验研究Study of using AlSO4 to Dislodge silicon from Vanadium Leaching Solution 摘 要研究了从含钒浸出液中分离硅的有效方法,考察了沉淀剂种类、沉淀剂用量,浸出液 pH 值、反应时间、沉淀温度和静置时间对除硅和钒损失的影响。结果表明,在弱碱性条件下,铝盐对含钒液除硅有良好的效果,除硅率达到 99.12%,钒损失率小于 1.21%。该工艺过程简单,钒硅分离效果好。关键词:含钒浸出液 镁盐 除硅AbstractThe effective method of separating silicon from vanadium containing leaching solution was studied. The effects of the type of precipitant, the amount of precipitant, the pH value of the leaching solution, the reaction time, the precipitation temperature and the static time on the loss of silicon and vanadium were investigated. The results show that under the condition of weak alkali, aluminum salt has good effect on removing silicon from vanadium containing liquid, and the loss rate of vanadium is less than 1.21% except 99.12% of silicon.
