摘 要连锁经营通过配送中心实现商品大规模的统一采购和统一配送，获得更高的成本和竞争优势。配送中心的配送体系决定了物流配送效率，影响连锁企业的经营成本、营业效率和服务质量，并最终影响了企业的盈利能力。随着零售市场竞争的加剧，配送效率已成为连锁企业竞争的核心。所以如何根据连锁超市配送模式进行配送体系优化，从而提高配送效率是目前连锁企业面临的重要问题。关键词：连锁超市，配送模式，配送优化，选址，车辆调度，遗传算法 Chain of mass merchandise through distribution centers, unified procurement and uniform distribution, access to higher costs and competitive advantage.
