电子商务提升中小企业竞争力策略讨论 摘要：电子商务作为一种创新经济运行方式，为中小企业提供了一个新的进展契机。在网络覆盖面越来越广的今日，电子商务对中小企业的影响不容忽视。电子商务的应用对于企业提高市场竞争力起着至关重要的作用，中小企业应该充分认识电子商务的重要性，长远规划电子商务，逐步深化电子商务应用层次，努力实现企业流程再造，并且选择有效的员工培训方案，合理引进人才，构建人才优势，有效利用第三方服务平台和联盟优势提高中小企业电子商务综合竞争力。关键词：电子商务；中小企业；竞争力The Study of Improving Competitive Strategies of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises by E-commerce Abstract： As a way of innovation in economy, e-commerce provides a new opportunity for the rapid development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and for improving their core competitiveness. The network coverage more and more broad today, the influence of e-commerce to the small and medium-sized enterprises can’t to be ignored. The application of e-commerce plays such a key role in improving the mark competitiveness of enterprises that SMEs should be fully aware of the importance of e-commerce, deepen the application levels of e-commerce, making long-term planning for it, and choose an effective way to teach the employees, introduce into employees in reasons, develop advantages in talent, reengineering business process hardly, utilizing the third-party service platforms and the advantages of alliances effectively to improve overall competitive of e-commerce of SMEs.
