护理 1103.刘蓓蕾.doc中图分类号： 单位代号：密 级： 学 号：7327343514151103 本科实习论文 题目:减少会阴侧切在母婴同室中的效果分析 作 者： 刘蓓蕾 学科专业： 护 理 班级学号： 7327343514151103 摘 要 目的 通过观察自然分娩以及会阴侧切对母婴的影响，探讨自然分娩的必要性。 方法 选取 2025 年 3 月至 10 月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院经阴道顺娩，单胎且无并发症的初产妇为讨论对象，按是否行会阴侧切分为 2 组，其中会阴侧切组 200 例，未侧切组 200 例，进行回顾性分析，比较会阴侧切组与未侧切组在痛苦与活动，满意度的差异，母乳喂养频率与体位。 结果 未侧切组轻度痛苦 130 人，占 65 %,轻度痛苦最多。会阴侧切组中度 116 人，其中中度 58%，中度痛苦占大部分；未侧切组满意度是 100%,会阴侧切组满意度是 91%,在满意度方面，未侧切组优于会阴侧切组；未侧切组喂养频率平均每天喂养 8-10 次最多，以坐位喂养为主。会阴侧切组喂养的频率 6-8 次/24h 的最多，以半坐卧位为主。P 值<0.05,具有统计学意义。 结论 应积极推行自然分娩，限制减少会阴侧切术的应用，可减轻产妇痛苦，促进产后康复，有利于母婴的身心健康。 关键词 ： 自然分娩，会阴侧切 ，母婴影响ABSTRACTObjective: By observing the natural birth and the influence of episiotomy on maternal and infant, we discuss the necessity of natural childbirth.
