不同模数塑料玩具齿轮的模具优化设计摘 要 塑料已成为国民经济生产必不可少的原材料,塑料齿轮在玩具中应用在今日也很常见,采纳塑料齿轮的玩具因其质量轻,无毒害,成本低,制造容易而深受人们喜爱,所以本次选取塑料齿轮为设计对象,通过对模数不完全相同的四个塑料齿轮塑件进行分析从而绘制出该塑料齿轮的模具。在本次的模具设计中实行了一模四腔,由于在浇注过程中可能存在浇注不均匀现象,造成成型零件质量问题,故对本模具进行了优化设计来保障浇注过程中尽可能的均匀,保证零件质量,使零件可以大量生产。本次设计过程中,对模具分型面的选择,成型零部件,浇注系统的选择进行了详细介绍。另外,对与顶出系统和冷却系统也进行了适当叙述,保障了此次设计的模具能较好的满足使用要求。本次设计,采纳了 Solidworks,Autocad 等软件,通过这次的设计,更加熟练巩固使用 Solidworks,Autocad 设计分析软件,对模具设计加深了认知,体验到设计人员的艰辛与不宜。关键词:注塑模设计;浇注系统;Solidworks;AutocadTHE DIFFERENT MODULUS MOLD OF PLASTIC TOY GEAR OPTIMIZATION DESIGN Abstract In the production of raw matrrial,the plastic has become more and moer essential in a country .Today ,plastic gear is widely used in plaything .Adopting the plastic gear make toy's quality light easy manufacture and nonhazardous ,which make people very like it .Through to analyze four different modulus gear,drawing the mold.
