摘 要随着电力电子技术、计算机技术、自动控制技术的迅速进展,可编程控制器(PLC)的功能更加的完善,应用更为的广泛,基于 PLC 的控制系统渐渐成为工业控制系统的主流。本文对基于 PLC 的直流电机调速控制器进行设计,介绍了直流电动机的 PWM 控制原理,介绍了 PID 控制结构,PLC 的原理及编程。重点讨论了应用 PLC的 PID 功能指令进行数据运算,实现直流电机的 PWM 调速控制,并用组态软件(组态王)控制直流电机的启动、停止、正转、反转、转速的微调等功能。关键词:PLC,调速,组态软件 ABSTRACTWith the power electronic technology, the rapid development of computer technology, automatic control technology, the function of the programmable controller (PLC) to be more perfect, more widely, based on PLC control system gradually become the mainstream of industrial control system.
