学 号:202514410504毕业设计说明书GRADUATE DESIGN设计题目:基于模糊 PID 算法的锅炉液位控制设计学生姓名:xxx专业班级:12 电 4学 院:电气学院指导老师:xxx 讲师 2025 年 06 月 08 日摘 要锅炉是我们在工业生产过程中必不可少的工业设备,锅炉汽泡液位是锅炉正常运行中的相当重要的参数。而锅炉汽泡液位常常受到锅炉的负荷变化、进出水速度、水质等许多因素的影响,本设计采纳串级三冲量锅炉汽泡液位控制系统来提高系统的稳定性及准确性,本设计设计了误差 E 及误差变化率 EC 为输入,PID 控制器的 KP、KI、KD 为输出的二输入三输出的模糊 PID 控制器,改善了PID 控制的参数整定困难、适应差的缺点。本设计通过在 MATLAB 的 Simulink 环境中仿真进行了验证,结果表明锅炉汽泡液位控制系统在负荷变化的情况下,还是在负荷剧烈变化的运行工况下,都可以实现液位的平稳调节,液位始终保持在规定的波动范围之内。关键词:汽泡液位;串级三冲量控制;模糊 PID 控制器;二输入三输出 AbstractThe boilerIs indispensable in the process of production of industrial equipment, boiler steam bubble level is quite important parameters in the normal operation of boiler. But the water level of boiler steam bubble is usually influenced by the factors,such as changes of load access water speed water quality etc which has the delay and the nonlinear and other feators . The design use the cascade three impulse boiler steam soak liquid level control system to improve system stability and accuracy, this design to design the error E and error change rate EC as input, the PID controller of KP, KI, KD for the output of the two input three output of fuzzy PID controller.the purpose is to improve the shortcomings of PID control parameter which is Parameter settingand adapting poorly..
