摘 要对称齿轮泵的工作原理:动力由花键轴传入,从而带动主动齿轮转动。多个从动齿轮与主动齿轮组成外啮合传动关系,相当于多组齿轮泵同时工作。由于从动齿轮轮在主动轮的周围对称分布,能使工作时产生的径向力相互抵消,使工作时的噪声比传统齿轮泵有明显的降低,工作平稳。齿轮泵的创新点:对称齿轮泵的创新点在于齿轮的设计。为了解决传统齿轮泵径向力不平衡和流量脉动大的缺点,我们将多个从动轮齿轮在大齿轮的周围进行对称分布,使其产生的径向力能够尽量相互抵消。关键词: 齿轮泵 油泵结构 困油现象 内泄漏ABSTRACTProfiled gear pump working principle : power by the spline shaft imported, thus driving gear rotation.
