毕 业 设 计 (论文)设计(论文)题目 建设工程招标投标的进展及趋势学 生 王超系 部 建筑工程学院专 业 工程造价指导老师 王培竹2025年10月16日摘要 在我国工程建设中引入工程招标投标竞争机制已有多年了，工程建设实行招标制度是国际上普遍采纳的分配建设任务的主要交易方式，我国在学习、引进国外先进工程管理模式的基础上，逐步建立起适合我国国情的工程管理体制。从我国现阶段招标投标工作的实际情况出发，对工程建设项目招标现状及特点进行归纳，对我国现阶段工程建设项目招标投标行为中存在的问题进行分析，分析的内容包含：1.规避招标和投标弄虚作假的严重问题，2.评标办法过于单一，3.招标及代理机构数量膨胀，良莠不齐。并做出建设工程招投标的对策，提出今后我国招标投标进展的趋势。关键词：建设项目 ，招投标 ，进展趋势Abstract Summary in the bidding competition in engineering construction in China for many years, construction is widely used in the international allocation of the public bidding system construction of major transactions, in learning and introducing foreign advanced management mode of our country on the basis of, and gradually establish a project management system suited to China's conditions.
